DAVID BAILEY.
David Bailey is an English fashion and portrait photographer
Born: 02 Jan 1938 (age 78) · London, United Kingdom. In 1959, Bailey became a photographic assistant at the John French studio, and in May 1960, he was a photographer for John Cole's Studio Five, before being contracted as a fashion photographer for British Vogue magazine later that year he also undertook a large amount of freelance work. The portrait that is my favorite is the person in a suit in a serious mood with the cigarette in his mouth. The lighting really shows that this man has to sides a lighter and a darker. The focus is on his face and his making a strong eye contact with the audience.

RICHARD AVEDON.
Richard Avedon was an American fashion and portrait photographer.
Lived: 15 May 1923 - 01 Oct 2004 (age 81) In 1944, Avedon began working as an advertising photographer for a department store, but was quickly endorsed by Alexey Brodovitch, who was art director for the fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar. Lillian Bassman also promoted Avedon's career at Harper's. In 1945 his photographs began appearing in Junior Bazaar and, a year later, in Harper's Bazaar. The woman with the short glowing hair is my favorite image from them because I like how the portrait show every little bend of her bones and the change in shape has shadow underneath the chin for example we can clearly see that that is at the back of her face.
